For a small fee of £75, we will join you for a 1-hour mini tour of your home to identify, list and price up all the tasks that need to be managed to take it from 'oh dear!' to 'OH YES!'. It could mean emptying a room, ordering and setting up new furniture to create a guest room transformation, or it could be getting those radiators bled, or a number of other things just depending on your home's needs.
We will provide you with a report that will outline the costs involved in completing the works, a schedule and proposed budget to give you a good idea of anticipated costs.
Following the report, you'll have 3 options to consider; we can put you in touch with local trades people to carry out the work, we can undertake the work for you ourselves, or you can manage the report in the way you see best.
Choosing local trades people: we will be happy to call them on your behalf and get work arranged and underway.
Choosing We'll Sort It': we can manage the work in the report to help bring your abode toward that 'dream home' feeling.
